  • All pricing listed on this website reflects starting rates and may vary depending on design complexity, installation requirements, delivery location, timing, and specialty materials. Final quotes are provided after consultation.

  • Balloon installations are temporary décor. Longevity depends on temperature, environment, and handling. We use professional-grade materials but cannot guarantee balloon lifespan once installation is complete, especially for outdoor events or extreme conditions.

  • Outdoor balloon décor is subject to weather conditions including heat, wind, rain, and direct sunlight. While we take precautions and use professional materials, Velvet Curl Events is not responsible for damage caused by weather after installation.

  • We make every effort to match requested colors. Balloon shades may vary slightly by manufacturer, lighting, and availability.

Policies

A signed service agreement is required for all events.

  • We may photograph installations for portfolio, social media, and marketing use unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.

  • A 50% retainer is required to secure your event date. Remaining balances are due one week prior to the event. Orders including rental equipment are subject to delivery, breakdown, and incidental fees as outlined in your quote.

  • Rental items (backdrops, stands, signage, etc.) include a standard breakdown and retrieval fee. Clients are responsible for ensuring rental items remain accessible and in their original setup location for pickup. Delivery fees apply based on distance from Sheridan, Indiana.

    A refundable incidental fee is applied to rental orders and will be returned after post-event inspection if no damage, loss, or violations are found.

  • Clients must ensure the venue is accessible and ready for setup at the agreed-upon time. Any venue restrictions or changes must be communicated at least five days prior to the event.

    Power sources, access, and permissions required by the venue are the responsibility of the client.

  • Cancellation timelines apply as outlined in your signed agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the cancellation window, as materials and preparation begin immediately after booking.

    If services must be canceled by Velvet Curl Events due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded in full.

  • Balloon installations are temporary décor and are affected by temperature, weather, and handling. We use professional materials but cannot guarantee longevity once installation is complete, especially for outdoor events.

    Clients assume responsibility for décor after setup is complete.

  • Velvet Curl Events takes care during installation; however, we are not responsible for damage to décor or venue caused after setup due to guests, weather, or venue conditions. Clients may be responsible for damages to rental equipment or missing items.

  • We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond our control, including severe weather, emergencies, or venue restrictions.

  • Balloon décor contains small parts and should be kept away from unsupervised children and pets after installation.
